Have you always wanted to make a film? Well, here’s your chance.

ICA Teens Film School is a one week intensive workshop for aspiring young filmmakers with an interest in storytelling who are excited to experience all aspects of movie making, including directing, camera, and editing. In this collaborative workshop, students will be split into production companies and will have a chance to play all roles in the creation of original short films.

Goals

  • Familiarize students with ICA Galleries and contemporary art
  • Expose students to all roles in the creation of a short film
  • Gain beginner technical proficiency in DSLR camera usage, audio recording equipment, and video editing software, Adobe Premier
  • Create social group of teen filmmakers, with insight into full year filmmaking workshop, Fast Forward Program

Full scholarships available for Boston Public School students.
Fee: $360 nonmembers; $285 members
